As the forum is temporarily not working here are the details of next week's touring ride.

Sunday 4th May 2014. Ride Leader James Plowman.

Meet at 10 am, Altnaharra, the parking area on the north side of Altnaharra just before the Strathnaver, Strath More, Loyal junction.

Route Details - Altnaharra to Tongue on the A836, Tongue to Hope on the A838, Hope to Altnaharra along the Loch Hope road, approx distance 50 miles. This is a fairly hard route, on remote roads with a few steep hills. Good level of fitness required.

Please wear suitable clothing and bring, as a minimum, a spare tube, puncture repair kit, pump, something to eat and drink. Please bring a packed lunch. We will stop for a packed lunch somewhere along the route.
