As you will all know this year’s East Sutherland Wheeler Race Weekend is taking place on the 15th and 16th June 2013.

In order to make the weekend a success we need volunteers to help out on both days.

Saturday 15th June 1 pm to 4 pm – Rogart
Marshalls required 1pm to 4 pm and helpers to serve tea and food between 2 & 4 pm.  We also need people to provide sandwiches and cakes for Saturday afternoon.

Sunday 16th June 9 to 4.30 pm – Golspie, Little Ferry Kart Track.
Help required with a variety of tasks such as marshalling in the morning (9 am to 12.30 pm) and afternoon (12.30 pm to 4.30 pm).

Could you please let me know if you are able to help out by emailing me at jjplowman@hotmail.co.uk. When you reply could you please state the following:

1.The day you can help.

2.If you`re volunteering on Sunday please say whether you are available in the morning 9 am to 12.30 pm and/or afternoon 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm. 

3. If you are able to provide food for Saturday could you please let me know what you are able to provide ie baking or sandwiches.

Further details i.e meeting place, time, etc will be provided nearer the time.
