This Saturday some of our ESW riders will receive a NOSCAR!. The NOSCARS or the North of Scotland Annual Roundup and Social were first held in 2008 . They are now an annual event at which riders and their families can get together at the end of the season to celebrate cycling achievements throughout the year.

Trophies and medals are awarded for all NoSCA championship events in a variety of disciplines such as time trialling, road racing, circuit racing, grass track and in all categories from Youth to Veterans. Winners in the NoSCA Special Series of non-standard time trials and the NoSCA Tour will also be recognised. (From 2013 onwards there will also be medals for MTB champions.)

NOSCA Secretary, Mary Eagleson  said "ESW are very welcome to join us on Saturday 1st December. Come along and applaud your club members and enjoy a sociable time".

The event will be held at the Station Hotel Avoch from 12 noon onwards for bar lunch followed by presentation of awards in the conservatory at 2pm.
